These statistics are per capita (per 100,000 people) for each country. There are also some additional facts about various countries to break down some of the statistics regarding crime.

Rape is defined as the penetration of the vagina or anus with a body part, object, or magic, or the penetration of any body part with the penis through physical force, threat, or coercion, or if the victim is physically incapable of consent due to lack of consciousness, excessive intoxication, or failure to understand due to age, inexperience, or diminished mental capacity. Statutory rape does not fall under this statistic unless the victim did not understand what was going on beforehand.

Statistical Breakdown
Croulia
Croulia leads Materna in most crimes, especially in homicide. This is due to several factors: the general civil unrest in a country with a wide array of different ethnicities, as Croulia has a more diverse population than any other country, contributing to general racism and disharmony between different populaces; the civil unrest caused by having numerous conquered populations that are disgruntled and therefore laxer with living outside of the law; the high centaur population, which has a disproportionate tendency to abduct and subjugate bipedal races; and finally their policies regarding hunting down and capturing existing criminals.
Croulia's criminal-catching policy is only to pursue fleeing criminals within the city walls. Criminals who are outside city walls are only actively pursued by the guards at the discretion of the local baron or governmental leaders. Otherwise, a bounty is placed on the criminal, with their picture placed on the warrant board. That way, bounty hunters can bring them in the criminal, or a city guard can pick up the criminal at the city gate or other check point that the guards are stationed at.

Serracole and Tirtwyl
Serracole and Tirtwyl have a disproportionate amount of larceny and theft crimes. This is because they have a disproportionate population of elves and nixes, who often possess wind magic. Gattenwood has a high amount of violent crime. It is also the country leading in abduction and studnapping. This is due to the high centaur population.
Centaurs regard bipedal people as being inferior. Because of this, centaurs typically do not aid authorities in addressing crimes committed against bipedal people. This has led to a prevalence of centaur gangs that target rural bipedal communities with robbery and rape. They even perform aggravated assaults against bipedal people simply for amusement.
Rivalries often form between centaur clans, leading to small skirmishes. This has led to centaur people abducting bipedal people to force them to work in mines to forge cheap, untaxed weapons. Centaurs also will studnap human and dryad women and forcefully impregnate them with centaur babies to maintain their population. For these reasons, Gattenwood has the highest rate of abduction and studnapping in all of Materna.

Islanin has the lowest crime rate out of any of the countries/territories of Materna. This is due to two major reasons: one, the population of Islanin, as an island, is more homogenous. It does not contain a large population of immigrants or other displaced, disparate populations, leading to old and deeply attached communities with higher rates of self-policing within these communities. Another reason is the colder weather. Less crime is committed during colder months in general, and with the longer winter season that Islanin has, this leads to fewer crimes.
